Interior Remodel & Large Addition and Patio –

Completed

A phased project involving the addition of a new exterior raised deck and lower patio, remodeling of the Master Suite, relocating the kitchen and loft stairs to open the view to the bay beyond, and the addition of a new double-height vaulted entry and covered front porch, along with a remodeled basement including a media room and remodeled bathroom.

Overall, the project’s changes/additions create a warm, inviting, and functional residence in the Maine tradition, featuring an open design and ample space for family gatherings.

Interior Remodel & Primary Suite Addition –

Completed

A two-phase project initially involving the demolition of an existing portion of the residence and adding a much larger Primary Suite/Garage addition, followed up by a total interior remodel, including the relocation of the kitchen, the addition of a new bedroom and movie theater room, along with the expansion of the great room.

      The addition of new wall-to-wall glass doors and vaulted ceilings in the great room creates an open, airy atmosphere with views to the patio and backyard beyond, while the new primary suite provides a serene sanctuary for the client.

Interior Remodel & Kitchen/Livingroom Addition –

Completed

New single-story addition/remodel to the client’s childhood home, consisting of expanded kitchen and great room, and relocation of the existing dining room. Providing open design and the addition of large windows and sliding glass doors to provide light and views out to the ocean.

Exterior changes to the front of the home remained minimal, as per the client’s request, with the addition of a new entry connecting the residence to the existing garage, thereby maintaining the original feel of the childhood home.

Under Construction

New 2-story addition consisting of a new large 2-car Garage, Office, and Primary Suite with a covered patio and remodeled existing bedrooms on the first level.  The second level includes a large Recreation Room, a wet bar, and a bedroom with an en-suite bath.

The project is designed to be functional and provide space for the client’s growing family while seamlessly incorporating with the existing residence.

A complete interior layout remodel of a 1970s-era residence divided the upper and lower levels into separate dwelling units. A new primary suite and guestroom help increase the upper unit’s livability and create a warm, inviting environment for the clients to use as a relaxing getaway. 

Exterior alterations include new decorative railings, awnings, and coral/wood columns to create a more traditional “Old-Florida” style.

New single-family residence to be built on a peninsula lot along the California coast.  Designed to provide a relaxed, open atmosphere with large windows, a wrap-around deck, and a balcony off the master suite, stunningly providing views of the Pacific Ocean.

 With parking and laundry/storage on the first level, along with an outdoor shower, the design is meant to be functional as well as traditionally beautiful and open.
